Heritage

Originally constructed in 1860, the building that houses Fourteen ½ is a Heritage Oshawa (Class B) site. In the more than 150 years since the building was constructed it has seen many uses and incarnations, most notable of which was The Borsberry Music Hall, which occupied the second and third floors above the storefronts, with a 28’ x 35’ stage, opera chairs that provide seating for 700, dressing rooms and a dining hall.

At the centre of downtown Oshawa, located on the main transit line for Durham Region Transit, around the corner from Go Transit terminal and just minutes away from Oshawa GO Transit station. On your doorstep you will find an excellent range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Conveniently placed close to all of Oshawa’s highlights and historic attractions such as The Robert McLaughlin Gallery, McLaughlin Public Library, Parkwood National Historical Site and the Tribute Communities Centre.
